    An easy recipe that is flavorful. I used larger potatoes and cut them into quarters. Time calculations were perfect, especially for a beginner :- This is the first time I was able to get all my dishes prepared at one time!

    This was pretty easy to do and I doubled the recipe. Yum! My daughter wanted only these and nothing else. I used Rosemasry from my garden.

    I made this dish for both Thanksgiving dinner and for our Christmas party and everyone loved them! I just couldn't get the texture quite right... they need a little more cook time than allocated.

    I made these potatoes and served with a roasted pork tenderloin. Wonderful! I have also used this recipe and roasted the potatoes in a foil pan on the outdoor grill. The smokey flavor was a real plus with the garlic and rosemary.

    I loved the way the aroma of rosemary filled my home as the potatoes baked! I found it hard to believe that such a simple dish could be so complex in taste! This one's a keeper with our family!
