    I made the oven roasted potatoes for our Christmas dinner. They were sooo good! The aroma while they were baking was something else. I got compliments all the way around and there wasn't any leftovers either! I will make them again and real soon too!

    They are delicious and beautiful. The colors of the potatoe will lighten up any dull or boring table cloth, they are delicious.

    Couldn't believe the wonderful flavor of these potatoes. I used a good quality olive oil flavored with rosemary and red peppers and used the appropriate amount of rosemary called for in the recipe. I would serve these to company, and they would be good with just about any dish. Thanks!
