I made the best Oyster in the Patty Shell about a few weeks ago.
However, I made a change in one of the primary ingredents. I made this dish using an Italian Sausage instead of Oyster and the taste of the sausage just complimented the dish well.
Additionlly, when I made this dish, the dough didn't work as well as Paula was able to get it to work. I tried to find a muffin pan that closely matched what Paula had, but I used a tart pan. I think my rating will improve once I made a larger batch of dough.

I thought my husband might like this dish because he loves oysters. Well I think to say that he liked them would be understating. This is an excellent a easy appetizer to prepare.
