excellent flavors. Live in the Midwest so fresh seafood impossible to get... used frozen flounder (ick but the veggies and the sauce made it almost edible! Plan to make again without fish just as a side dish to grilled pork or chicken... the fresh ginger is key... also, added some fresh squeezed lime juice (that stuff I CAN still getWould love to try with some fresh halibut or fresh salmon.. someday....

My teen son made this (we did it on the grill, too and we all loved the mix of subtle flavors. The herbed butter was great on top of the fresh green beans we had as a side, too. Easy, delicious - perfect Paula!

I thought this was excellent. I think next time I'll use half the wine seeing as this was a little too liquidy in my opinion. But there definitely will be a next time!

I loved all of the flavors, especially cilantro! I also tried grilled in foil, just as fabulous!

The only problem I had was with the parchment paper not sealing well, but I think I stuffed it too full with veggies. I secured it with a metal binding clip, though, and it tasted FANTASTIC!
