    Chips were great. I did not have the machine Paula used to cut the potatoes. Therefore I used a knife to cut the potatoes really thin. Overall they were good my first homemade potato chip this recipe is a keeper. Thanks Paula!!!!

    As always, any recipe by Paula or her family turns out good. Never a bad recipe, just that some are better than others. These chips are no exception.
