I couldn't find puff pastry, so I tried canned breadsticks. I opened the can, laid them flat on a cookie sheet and chilled them overnight. Used the same seasoning mixture the next day and they were great.

love puff pastry---instead of cuting in long strips --I cut in half--were easier to eat---put extra garlic seasoning (Pauls's and some parsley flakes---they were gone in a flash!!!!

I made these go with pasta and my family went crazy for them. They are easy to make, but look so elegant! It looked like a professional cooked them! Great flavor and so light - not heavy like traditional breadsticks. These don't overpower the dish but instead are a great complement.

Made these tonight for supper with lasagna and they were out of this world! So light and flaky. I have also tried them with other dishes and they were just as good. Highly recommend them!!!

I did not have fresh parmesan on hand so I used the (gasp canned grated and they were still good. I will make these over and over and passed the recipe on to friends.
