I don't eat hot/spicy food a lot, but I made an exception for this when I saw it made on tv. They are soooo delicious! If you do eat hot/spicy food, you will LOVE these! I usually serve with the buffalo sauce and maybe ranch or blue cheese. I make this every year for the Super Bowl and they are always a hit.

After I deep fried the wings, I took some of the dipping sauce, then I baked them in the oven. 350 degrees for another 25 minutes. Fall off the bone amazing chicken wings!! Thanks Paula!

I Know These Sound Too Hot But They're Not - Just Great Flavor. Friends Beg Me To Make "My" Wings Often. The Recipe Is Easy And I Haven't Found Another Wing Recipe That I Like As Well. I Change The Dips Around But Actually Love Them "Naked". This Is A Great Party Food And I Never Have Leftovers.

These are the only wings I will make. They are awesome! I do use my own hot sauce rather than the sauce that is suggested with this recipe because I'm not a big fan of Asian foods/sauces but if you are, then I'm sure the suggested sauce is awesome because everything Paula makes is awesome!
