What a treat for my daughter's 26th birthday when I made this recipe and substituted Splenda Brown Sugar Substitute and low-carb ice cream. She's a low-carb fanatic. Everyone ate it and there were smiles all around. It's WONDERFUL!!!

I made this last night for my boyfriend. One of our most memorable trips was to New Orleans where we first tasted bananas foster. Paula's recipe is even better! I added toasted pecans after flaming and sprinkled cinnamon on the individual servings. Next time I am going to make home made waffles instead of the pound cake.

I made this tonight for my hubby and 3 kiddos,there wasnt enough to go around,i couldnt make it fast enough!!!
I only got to try a half of a banana!
It was EXCELLENT! Will make this again!

I love how it looks so simple to prepare & how she added a slice of cake to hers!! I was nervous about how to light the rum until i seen how Paula lit hers today.I have every intention of preparing it very soon!!
