Very easy to make. Don't be afraid to ignite the rum, my kids loved watching it. I put my kids in the blender with vanilla ice cream & milk to make bananas foster shakes. They thought it was the best fat tuesday ever!

Thank you Paula! My family and I enjoyed this recipe. The warm, sweet bananas and the cold, creamy ice cream make a great combination.

I've been to New Orleans & had breakfast @ Brennans. (World famous for Bananas Foster. Paulas recipe beats them hands down. I did add a dash of cinnamon. I served it over pound cake and a dollop of whipped cream. Thanks Paula, I never relized it was soooo easy. A keeper.
