It says "medium" but this recipe is quite easy. I made it for a group after a big meal and it was a definite crowd pleaser. The only rum I had on hand was Captain Morgans, but it came out great. A must try!

This was excellent. The only thing I would comment on is to serve VERY small portions (with pound/angel cake and ice cream. It says this makes 4 servings, but it could easily be stretched to 6-8 if less was used on each dessert. Just too heavy on the stomach if only 4.

Our guests loved it! My only mistake was using a dark rum with low alcohol content... no flames!! (I didn't think to even consider the proof.

    It was quick and easy.

Made this for a dinner party dessert and received rave reviews. Even my husband, who could care less about bananas and doesn't have a sweet tooth, couldn't get enough. He wanted more for breakfast over waffles! Thanks for a great (and easy recipe!

This is a wonderfully easy recipe. My husband loved it. If you are looking for something that looks and taste fancy but is easy, give this recipe a try. PS Try adding a little cinnamon

Such a simple recipie, it only took 5 minutes until everything was au flambe! I didn't have rum so I substituted Grand Marnier and the result was fantastic. Recommend turning the lights out to enjoy the show :
