    I couldn't believe how easy and quick this was to prepare. We enjoyed every bite even without the vanilla ice cream.

    I don't know whay this is rated as a medium for difficulty, it's very easy and very delicious. And it was my first time flambeing! Fun! Thanks, Paula!

    I invited my gourmet neighbors over for dinner and made this as a quick dessert. Took only a few minutes from stove to plate. Paula received the biggest compliment when they asked for the recipe.
    I used store bought pound cake that contained fruit pieces (it was on sale and it tasted fantabulous.
    Paula, you are the greatest.

    Beutiful presentation & so tasty! Any leftover sauce is great on vanilla bean ice cream. Just warm sauce in
    the microwave---it seems to keep well.
