Amazing!! Only tip is that you don't need a full cup of flour, just 1/2 or 3/4. Also, add a little extra panko to make sure they all come out as equally crispy. Enjoy!!!

This is Awesome!!! I wanted something different than the frozen chicken nuggets that my son eats.. I made this for dinner one night and even my husband loves this.. he asks me to make it all the time.. next time I think I might try to cut the chicken into strips and have chicken fingers instead of chicken nuggets

My son loves chicken nuggets from a particular restaurant. so I decided to do some research on chicken nuggets and came across this recipe (since I love Ms. Paula. The seasonings were absolutely wonderful!. I did make some changes: I used chicken thigh fillets, ground them in the food processor, rolled the ground thighs into balls (then flattened them a bit and followed Ms. Paula's directions on seasoning and cooking. Not only did they taste great, but they had the texture of those famous chicken nuggets. So now i'm saving money and I know what goes into my son's food. Will definitely reuse!!

I used 3 moderate sized chicken breasts and we had to double the panko and ranch dressing. Didn't even bother with the salt and they came out fabulous!! Fed three adults and a kiddo and we all wanted more!! The ranch dressing adds a great flavor to the point where we didn't use any dipping sauce. I am thrilled to find this as I want to stop serving frozen nuggets to my kiddo. :

Made these for my boyfriend and I tonight (in our 20s just for fun. They were great! Very crispy and good flavor. I had to flip them over half way through frying, will make them smaller next time. Also, I used Canola oil instead of vegetable because that's all I had and it worked nicely. Frying isn't so hard after all...

It was quick and easy. We all loved the crispiness of the panko. That's a keeper!
