I am not normally a pasta salad fan, but, Paula, you have outdone yourself with this one! My family ate all this at one sitting and wanted more! I am going to try adding a package of frozen (defrosted, of course peas next time, just to experiment. This is a winner, for sure!

Have not made this yet will make tonight. Kalmata are greek olives and very expensive. But you can sub black olive but hope to find Kalmata at a resonable price. I am sure the recipe is going to be great. Oh and Kalmata are nothing like black olives at all!
Okay I just finished this and would not change the olives for anything. I am in Love with them. Hubby tried it (I haven't yet but he says it's pretty good. So any pasta dish that he likes I love. I would like to use smaller bow tie pasta. Used fresh cherry tomatoes out of the garden. A nice quick cool dish here in NC when it's 97 degrees out side and the heat index is over 105 degrees. Thanks. But I did add a little extra Parmesan (grated of course just cause I love it and keep it on hand all the time! Oh and made sure to run cold water over the pasta to stop it from cooking and drained it very well. Didn't want the water left on the pasta diluting the sauce. I am happy!

Very tasty and a nice summer side dish or by itself, I had mine with some trout sauteed in lemon butter, I also added some slices of pepperoni, used tri-color rotini pasta.....anyway I really enjoyed it....Thanks Paula!

Very flavorful recipe. I did omit the mushrooms (just because my family doesn't like them and added chicken. I also used mini bowtie pasta.

This recipe was great as is. However I will change to pimento stuffed green olives next time. Need to do this for an office party but never seem successful when I do everything the night before! Any ideas?

This was the most scrumptious pasta salad ever. However sorry Paula I changed it a bit. I took out the mushrooms and added red peppers and instead of Kalamata olives i used green olives. It was soo good, there were no left overs. I cant wait to make it again tonight!!
