I have to say, I don't often get excited about pasta salad, but I gave this recipe a try, and all I can say is WOW WOW WOW! Spend a bit more and finish it off with parmesan reggineo, you will be delighted with the results! also like it served at room temp better than cold!

I live in Ghana, West Africa and think it was a wonderful salad. I made it for my sons christening lunch...Everyone loved it, the best thing about it is the dressing, i added some bacon, you can never go wrong with bacon.... Two thumbs all the way up!

just served this to 30 members of a men's golf league, they all gave this one a thumbs up. Since I had to triple the reciepe I used red, yellow & green peppers for color, it was the only thing I changed. Will definately make this one again. I was very tasty and easy to make.

Of course I didn't have everything that the recipe called for so I had to improvise, but it still was yummy.

Changed it up just a little. Used "mini" bow tie pasta. Used red and yellow bell pepper. Added 2 cups finely chopped cauliflower. Added 2 green onions, finely chopped. Left out the mushrooms. I guess I changed it up more than just a little! Delicious!

My kids are my harshest critics and even at the ages of 11 and 13 they have very well developed palettes. This is one recipe that they have not forgotten! I save it for when they're done something really special even though it's super easy. I like to make my own vinaigrette but with a decent store bought dressing like Ken's or Newman's this recipe stands out.

I am not a pasta salad person often, but this one is superior! I added two different cheeses, left out the canned mushrooms (way too slimy for my taste, and added some Kosher beef salami....wow what a salad! I plan on making this for my large crowd this Sunday! You can seriously do so much with this one...I used the tri-color pasta.
