The first time I made this it was delightful, the second time it was a big stachy gooey mess had to throw it way. I tried again a 3rd time paying particularly close attention to the recipie, again was not good. I am an experienced cook/baker and was very disappointed as I had used my own canned peaches and had to throw them away:(

Easy and fast! I am not a regular cook but enjoy trying a new recipe every once in a while. This was a big hit, and I am sending the formula along to my sister. A word of caution - I cut the tip of my finger off while trying to peel the peaches. My peeler was ancient and dull, the peaches were small, and my inexperience probably didn't help. Presumably, the rest of you can avoid this minor hardship. My only criticism of the recipe is the "cinnamon is optional." ??? Peach cobbler without cinnamon? That is just a crime against nature!

Quick and tasty. My FI who doesn't like dessert enjoyed his first cobbler. Thanks Paula. You made me look good again.

I have never made peach cobbler before. It is my husband's favorite dessert. I tried Paula's recipe today. Because I am allergic to all grains, I substituted white buckwheat flour, and adjusted the amount I used to fit the recipe. I looked up self-rising flour substitute on the Internet to see what amount of baking powder and salt to use. This recipe was delicious. My husband loves it! Thanks, Paula! Carol Lindwall, Dallas TX

Sooooo delicious! It's quick easy and delicious, if u can't get fresh peaches use frozen peaches they are so much better than canned and they come out just like fresh.

This was the first time I ever made peach cobbler. My boyfriend said it was the best peach cobbler he ever had.
