DELICIOUS!!!! This is exactly what i was trying to achieve! This recipe was fool proof for me. It had all the flavors of comfort food for my family, buttery, sweet tender peaches bubbling out the sides of a golden cake like crust! I made mine in a deep dish and it drove everyone crazy during dinner smelling that butter and peaches, i used a touch of cinnamon. Cobblers aren't a perfect looking finished product, it's meant to be scooped out with a spoon alongside a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can't mess this one up.

Like many reviewers, I ended up with a deflated peach pancake. I don't know if it was an elevation problem (I live in high altitudes but I followed the recipe exactly (omitting half of butter. The worst part, I think, was wasting those delicious fresh peaches on this recipe! Sorry Paula, but this recipe is a no-go for me.

I had not made cobbler before. I didn't have fresh peaches the first time so used frozen peaches that I had defrosted. I also added some cinnamon and sugar on top and my husband and I loved it. Since there are only the two of us, I cut the recipe in half, but will make the full recipe the next time. I also used honey instead of sugar in the peach mixture. .

I made this today and it was super good= I am 13 and this dish was simple and easy to make. When I mixed the milk, sugar, and flour, it got a little clumpy. To solve this, I used a blender and the batter turned out really smooth. Instead of using peaches, I used canned peaches I already had in the pantry and skipped the boiling step. I loved every part of this dish!!

I've now made this recipe three times and it has been a hit with my family and friends each time. Paula said it's fool proof and she's right! The only time consuming part is peeling the peaches but the rest goes so fast and easily that you can whip this together to serve after your meal while the potatoes are boiling or whatever. I love it when Paula makes me look like a food genius to my friends and family!

This recipe is simple to prepare and simply delicious. I have prepared it several times, and it is always a favorite of my guests. I add a few drops of vanilla extract to the batter. 1/2 cup of my milk is heavy cream--makes a more airy batter.

I made this for the first time and really was not impressed. I love Paula and have used many of her recipes over the years. I followed it exactly except I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the batter. I used a 3qt baking dish (Paula's brand as instructed, but it came out flat....not very high in the pan. A cobbler should have a good 1" crust on top....don't you think? Maybe I should of used a 2qt baking dish, but the baking time would of changed. Anyone experience this issue?

Amazing! I made this peach cobbler and it was absolutely delicious! Today I made it with fresh strawberries and it was sweet and gone within the hour. Everyone loved it especially the children. I cut the butter and sugar in half and it was perfect. If you want more fruit then crust, bake in a round 3 qt pan, if you want more crust bake in 13 x 9. Either way it won't be around long. This is the perfect cobbler for the holidays. Oh and add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the crust before baking. It will bring the family running. So Yummy! Thank you Paula, we love you!

My dough did not rise above the peaches and was very doughy. I followed the instructions, very disappointed.
