My favorite dessert recipe of all! Super easy and very impressive to serve. I put different types of fruit, not just peaches, on top every time I make this.

Ok, so I made this yesterday and while it's good, I was looking for some tartness too. It tastes best warm. I might add some lemon juice or zest next time.
