My mom couldn't believe that you don't add flour. THIS COOKIE RECIPE ROCKS!!!

I love the flavor combo of PB&J...so I decided to try these for a cookout party. As said in other reviews, I knew B4 making them that 1 1/2 cups of sugar would be too much..so I reduced it to 1 1/4. It was still a little sweet but next time I will use all natural peanut (no sugar added and I think that will make it just right.

I threw these together in the middle of making dinner and they were done before the dinner was ready. The cookies were awesome. My husband is a peanut butter nut. I am not even making the sandwiches. I just wanted the recipe for the cookies. They are almost gone already.

I have never made a perfect peanut butter cookie. The first time I saw a full show with Paula with my spouse. Two days later we had a desire to try; withing just a fraction of time we were enjoying with milk at 9pm, we tried them plain. thank you Paula they happen to be a dream!

I made these cookies for my boyfriends birthday. He loves cookies, any type. These particular ones he loved more than usual. They are such a great combo of ice cream and cookie and an even better spin off of PB&J! I have to make them for our aniversary by request!

I thought this was a GREAT recipe! It was quick and easy. I read that a lot of people thought they were too sweet. I used Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (that's all I had on hand, and they weren't too sweet. Maybe the reduced fat doesn't have as much sugar or sweetness to it as regular. Thanks Paula for a great cookie!!!

I actually made these cookies immediately when I saw Paula make them on the show tonight. They were obviously simple to make and very quick. They were good, however, I found them to be VERY rich...almost too sweet. Will definitely make them again for a quick warm cookie, but I think I'll try cutting the sugar to 1 cup and see what happens.

I love love love the peanut butter cookies. First time I made it I put all 1.5 cups of sugar in it and it was a wee bit sugary. If you follow the recipe right, they are so fab... an soooo easy.

Down side... I haven't gotten past the cookies. My family eats them all before I get a chance to make the sandwiches. And, they are tooooo easy to make. I'm munching on one right now and I imagine my waistline will suffer for it. Sooo good, so easy... I'm SO in trouble. :

    Thanks Paula!!!

i have only made the cookies in this recipe but when my mom tried them she was amazed. she told me they taste just like her late mothers recipe, and that she has been trying to make them the same way for years. very soft and the perfect amount of chewy.
