After making these peanut butter balls, I shared the recipe with my friends, family and neighbors. Everyone who made them and tried them, from kids to pregnant women, loved them so much! What an easy and DELICIOUS recipe.

These treats are so easy to make. I rolled some of mine in crushed vanilla wafers instead of cornflakes. Yummy!

I was really excited about this easy recipe. Unfortunatly I was disappointed because the honey was very overpowering, the texture was gritty and it was too rich. Oh, well on to the next one.

My three year old and I had lots of fun making these. And they were pretty good too! I might agree that the ones rolled in powdered sugar were a little too sweet, but the corn flake ones were just right. They're almost like a peanut butter cup without the chocolate. By the way, I think next time I make these I will stuff a chocolate kiss in the middle, or roll them in chocolate chips as another option. I'm not sure these qualify as "health food" but they are still good and worth trying.

My son (10 loves these. This is a recipe we make together. He takes them to school as a snack (only healthy snacks allowed. We have fun experimenting with different types of cereals and such to roll them in. It may not be something you'd serve to company, but let the kids make them and they are sure to eat them. Nice alternative to candy!!
