Tried these today. The difficulty level for me was not worth it--it's an easy concept but the chocolate doesn't want to stick to the ball after rolled in confectioners sugar. I ended up with a mess and I had to use 2x the chocolate and corn flakes due to the difficulty. The honey is a bit too strong, so I won't be making these again. (Another viewer suggested rolling in chips instead...maybe this is the way to go.

The taste was good, but the texture was grainy. I thought maybe it was because I didn't sift the milk powder, but too late to try that. I will be letting these sit until Friday (2 whole days, I'm hoping that will let them set a bit and make them more creamy. Ive heard people substituting the powdered milk for powdered graham crackers, I may try that instead.
