My daughter made these for her sister's birthday party and they came out fantastic! I was surprised at their moistness. I may never use the traditional brownie directions again!
We squeezed 18 cupcakes from the recipe. We will be making these many times!

This is such a smart twist on a simple dessert. I will forever keep the peanut butter chips and brownie mix in my pantry for when I get the chocolate/PB craving.

These are so good and so simple to make. The recipe states that the yield is 24 but I only managed to make 15 out of it. There are many possibilities for these brownie cakes, they could easily be "dressed up" with some toasted nuts, chocolate syrup and fresh whipped cream (which we all know Paula LOVES! to make a fancy dessert. But they are going to be just as good packed in my kids lunch boxes for a special treat.

These "cupcakes" were very good and easy to make. However, I didn't get the recipe to make more than 12 of them.

I don't think I've ever tasted anything so wonderful and decadent that was so simple to make. Had one right out of the oven that literally melted in my mouth.

So easy and kid friendly. I made them with peanut butter cups and they were good. You can't go wrong with brownie and peanut butter cups. I agree that they would be great with a spoonful of ice cream on top.

These were made to be popped in the micro and served under ice cream! YUM!
