I made these for a celebration at work. They were a big hit in a little bite. I made mine as a mini size instead of the standard. I was able to get 38 out of the batter mix but had plenty of crust crumbs left over for more (this is not a problem with me. I baked the mini size for about 9 minutes. I will definitely be making these again.

These were fun and easy to make, but I didn't really care for the taste.

Fast, easy and tasty! Made some with peanut butter cups and some with other candy bar pieces... the ones with peanuts, nougat and caramel.. Only draw back was that the candy bar did get harder in the refrigerator than the peanut butter cups did (because of the caramel and nougat... next time I'll cut up the candy bar into smaller pieces and place a few small pieces in, instead of one single square.

Very easy & a big hit! One thing though: I had more batter than I had crust. I think it's because of the space taken up by the peanut butter cups. If they were left out, the batter to crust ratio would probably be even.

I didn't really make this recipe verbatim! I didn't want, nor did I have the pb cups, so I just made a chocolate graham crust, made the cheesecake per the recipe but added about a tablespoon of orange zest. These little 'bites' came out delicious. You can taste the orange zest and since they're for fellowship coffee after church tomorrow, they should have a broader appeal - peanut butter, i.e. peanut/nut allergies - isn't a good offering for a crowd as diverse as our congregation is. Thanks for a simple, basic cheese cake that we can take to any height we desire. Mmmm, mmm.

These were great. I made them using my mini muffin pan so I cut each mini peanut butter cup in half and laid them flat side down. I also felt it needed just a little something else, so I spread a small dollop of hot fudge ice cream topping to the top of each. They were a big hit! Will definitely keep this recipe on hand!

I made this recipe for New Years Party. My husband and children loved it. I would agree to add more butter to the crust to improve the foundation for the cheesecake. A water bath would have improved the appearance of the cheesecake after baking to keep it from cracking. For those who say it lacked flavor; I used almond extract it was tasty. I would make this again.

I decided to make these little treats for a Christmas party my parents were headed to and offered to give a hand to my mom to bake something. These cheese cakes are so simple, yet so cute and they taste great, everyone thought they were really tasty and the peanut butter cup added to the surprise. Thanks Paula will def. make again! PS.. the only thing i changed was that i added a little bit more butter to keep the crust together a little more because or else it felt a little to crumbly.

Ah! So good! I, fan of all things small, made these in mini size and they were a hit! I bought the mini Reese's cups that are sold around Halloween time and inverted them as others suggested and it turned out great. I also added about a tablespoon of butter to the crust and used the end of an ice cream scoop to really tamp down the crumbs into each cup. And making them mini meant automatic PORTION CONTROL. You'll need it when it comes to these delicious bites!
