    This is my first attempt of cheesecake. Not sure if I baked them to long, but mine were really rubbery. Also, the recipe said to use regular muffin pans, but it seemed that Paula used a smaller muffin pan? Not sure if I should make adjustments being in a dry climate?

    This was easy, tasted great, and was a big hit with my husbands office pals. I send them in my test recipes and they wished that I had made more. I am sure I will make lots of these for every occasion or no occasion at all.

    I seem to have excess graham cracker crust and cheese cake mixture for only twelve. Do I just fill each cupcake liner VERY full? Anyone else have this problem?

    This dessert was super easy to make and it tasted fab. Try garnishing with mini chocolate chips and/or a small dollop of peanut butter for an extra kick. Great recipe!

    i love cheesecake and i love peanutbutter cups and the combination is so good.it is just a easier and faster way to make cheesecake,but instead of using regular peanutbutter cups i use reeses peanutbutter cups.
