I brought these to a Super Bowl party, and then work the next day. My co-worker called her husband to go buy the necessary ingredients after she took her first bite. However, I used full-sized peanut butter cups in half of the receipe, and pieces of 100 Grand bars in the other half. The receipe also makes 18 cupcakes, not 12.

These are good, easy to make and would be perfect for a bridal or baby shower. I would recommend putting a little of the cheesecake batter in before you add the peanut butter cup, that way it will end up in the middle instead of on the bottom. I also topped them with a mix of melted chocolate and peanut butter.

The cheese cake minis were so very good! If you use regular cupcake liners, you can substitute a vanilla wafer for the graham cracker crumbs. If you use a mini liner, you might be able to get away with using a mini vanilla wafer along with the bite size peanut butter cups. I love the idea about switching from peanut butter cups to Rollo's to Peppermint Patties to Snickers.....possibilities are endless! Paula - you're the best!!!!

My daughter and I just made these. They were GREAT. We actually made 2 turns of it because my daughter is allergic to peanut butter. She wanted rolos instead of the peanut butter cups. They were just as good!
