I misplaced my mixer after our fifth move once again, and have been improvising ever since. I used my blender for the cheesecake mixture which made it spectacularly easy to pour into the cups. I was out of mini PB cups, so I cut large Reese's cups in half for some and put Hershey kisses in other cups. Having graham cracker crumbs on hand also makes this dish zip right along. When I presented these to my family, the adults were pleased with cheesecake as well as a small pre-portioned treat, and the children loved the secret suprise inside. It's a very simple recipe and a crowd pleaser.

Relatively easy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I made these for Christmas and someone in my family told me to skip his gift next year and just give him a batch of these!

My husband's co-workers all wanted the recipe. I used chocolate graham crackers instead.

Am I the only one who can't read? I have looked over this recipe numerous times in the past week and I thought these were made in mini muffin pans! (Must be the word "mini" in the title!.I didn't realize my mistake until after they were in the oven. Anyway, they are still great and a nice size for buffets, which is what I wanted! I was able to make about 40 of these in the mini pans.

Many people have asked for the recipe. They were great!

When I saw this on her show I had to make them. I used leftover candy from Halloween. I used the regular size peanut butter cups. The recipe was so easy to make and the mini cakes were delicious.

These are absolutely fantastic! They are good warm but even better chilled. I used 1 fat free cream cheese and 1 low fat. Like others have said, there are so many different ways you can make these. I will make these for all occasions!
