Simple recipe! Taste good just a little too sweet for me...next time I think I'll try less sugar! I had to add a little extra melted butter to the crust since it was a little dry. I didn't get any cracks in them which is always a plus :

Fairly simple recipe. Turned out well. I followed the advice of previous reviewers and added a tablespoon of butter to the crust and tamped it down to create a solid base. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly as written. I was able to make 12 regular muffin size and 12 mini size out of one batch. I did not put the candy in the minis. As far as the cracking of the tops, in my opinion that just makes them look homemade. ;= The next time I make these I will double the recipe and freeze a batch.

Made this for the Superbowl, and man, did they dissapear quickly. I did alter the recipe to make mini cupcake sizes with the new mini peanut butter cups. I also made a topping by whipping cool whip and 3 tbsp of creamy peanut butter, then piped it on.

These were delicious and relatively easy to make. I made a double batch, which left me with the right amount of cheese cake, but a crazy amount of crumbs. I had to add more butter to them, and I had so much extra I actually made a pie crust out of them (so it wasn't a total loss. I thought that the tops were a little plain, so I poured some chocolate ganache on the finished cakes, which made them even better. The only thing I might change if I do it again is the peanut butter cup. It was nice inside, but it was a little small, I might use some other sort of peanut butter chocolate candy. Overall though, this is a great recipe.

Love it! I have made these several times, but I only use 1/2 cup of sugar in the Filling.

I love cheesecake and these were so simple and easy to make. Everyone loved them. They will be one of my staple items when I need to bring dessert! Does make more than 12, so have an extra pan ready.

These were good, but VERY rich. I think I'd like them better in a bite-size mini muffin. They were very easy to put together, although took me a while longer to make the graham cracker crumbs since I only have a mini food processor!! I made the recipe as directed and got 18 cakes. These will be good to freeze and pull out as needed. I'm sure they won't last very long in our house!
