This was the first cookies I've made without flour. I was skeptical at first but they are pretty good!

I just got done making these amazing cookies! I am a big peanut butter cookie lover, but my cookies seem like I used too much flour, even when I cut the flour in half. However these cookies, best ever! Very moist, soft, and very flavorful! It was so very easy to make, I'll be making more very soon, but this time I'll let my kids help! When I first looked at the recipe I thought for sure someone left an ingredient off the page, but nope, they are perfect! Extremely fast to make too! I was done in twenty minutes, from start to finish! I will be making these cookies quite often!!!! The only thing I did different, is I left off the chocolate.
