I tripled the recipe and added almost a whole bag of TollHouse semisweet chocolate morsels (I think a whole bag would have worked fine, though.. I had to smush the balls with a fork and let them bake longer (@ 15 minutes or so, but the cookies are incredible!!! I can't believe how easy it was and not a bit of flour was needed. You rock, Paula!!! Alton is my King, but you are my Queen!!!

Hands down the easiest, and tasiest peanut butter cookie recipe I've ever used. I love to bake, but had reservations when I first tried this recipe, thinking it can't really be that easy. But these cookies are delicious, with or without the Hershey's kisses.

I spent a good amount of time reviewing everyone's comments. I came to the conclusion that I would try these out with some reservations. I ended up replacing the sugar for 1/2 cup of light brown sugar, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and added a tablespoon of flour and a teaspoon of vanilla. I did not add the chocolate kisses. I measured them on the baking sheet in about a tablespoon each.. it made about 23 cookies. I baked them for about 9 mins. - they really should be baked for 8-10 mins (no more than 10 mins as someone else suggested. Once I cooled them I packed them up to bring to a bbq I was attending and as soon as I put them on the table, everyone was crazy over them! They were crunchy on the edges and soft on the inside. People kept reaching for the bag and asking who made the peanut butter cookies... so, I would say these cookies were a HUGE success! Plan on making them again and will try crunchy peanut butter.

Hands Down- the best Peanut Butter Cookies ever! They were so easy that I made them twice, once with my son and once with my niece! The cookies baked perfect on a cookie sheet. I had no chocolate kisses but used semisweet morsels instead and they were just perfect!

This is a great cookie recipe, it was super simple. We are vegan so I used 1/2 a banana and replaced the egg. The cookies turned out great.

Was excited to try these because I've never heard of a cookie with only three ingredients, although I tend not to like Paula's recipes. I flattened the cookies down a bit and put in a jam thumbprint instead of Hersey's kisses. They are very good but don't taste exactly like a classic peanut butter cookie would. Definitely a must try!

These were the easiest cookies I ever made, I just love Peanut Butter cookies. I amin V.A. with my daughter and 7 month old baby. And even out of her cabinet I could make cookies for them! Connie

My 5 year old made these with me this morning. We replaced nutella for the hershey kiss in the first batch. The second batch we flattened with a fork dipped in sugar. Both ways were yummy and delicious. Couldn't ask for a better cookie recipe to do with my child.

Now i like complicated recipes with lots of ingredients and spending lots of time baking... but for a quick fix these are EXCELLENT! So impressed with the simpleness of the 3 ingredients, and the great tasting cookies. I even did half a cup of splenda and half a cup of sugar (makes me feel better about indulging and they still tasted great!

Tasty and the easiest recipe ever. Paired the cookies with some ice cream which made it even better.
