Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups orange-pineapple juice, heated
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Salt

Directions

Place peanut butter and 1/4 cup of the orange-pineapple juice in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add the rest of the juice and all remaining ingredients and whisk together. Serve as a sauce, dip, or salad dressing.

    Great flavor, I like it best with an additional 1/2 cup of peanut butter and a little less oj-pineapple juice for a thicker consistency

    I made 1/2 recipe of this because I only needed a small amount. I think that there should be more peanut butter (1/2-3/4 cup so it is not so thin. I used organic no sugar added peanut butter which I think made a diiference also in how the end product was. The flavor of garlic was overpowering, so next time I will cut it down. A little sesame oil (1-2 tablespoons would add to the peanut flavor. We put this over broccoli slaw and it turned out pretty good.

    I need help, I am desperate!!!!!! I went to the Rainforest Cafe Restaurant here in CA & I got the ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD w/ PEANUT DRESSING; it was kinda mustard light color, mmmmmmmmmm it was so gooood!!!! THE ABOVE PEANUT DRESSING IT DOESN'T TASTE THE SAME; NO GOOD!!!!!! DEAR FRIENDS, LET ME KNOW at normabbc@yahoo.com THANX SO MUCH: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
