We loved the crust mixture! This was my first tenderloins and in an electric oven no less. THe only addition I made was a litt?e dry thyme and less salt. Thank you Paula!

I made the pork and used cayenne pepper instead of red pepper flakes. It was so good!

I made only the pork as a main dish with mashed potatoes and vegetables. I did not think the pork had a lot of flavor, but then again, I omitted the red pepper flakes. Guess I shouldn't have??

Pork was really good. I didn't care for the strawberry sauce so much by itself, but with everything put together (cheese spread, etc. it went really well.

Paula, you did it again!!! Another great & dependable recipe. I have made many of your recipes now and every time, they are huge hit for my family, friends and co-workers. This one was so unusual, yet easy. My brother and husband were happy to hear it was another one of your recipes, as they just love you too. I didn't have arugula or strawberries, but used fresh baby spinach and strawberry preserves and left out the sugar for the sauce. Anthony Bourdain, eat your heart out!!! Paula can cook and is such a great person to boot. Now that's good TV!!!

This is absolutely amazing! I usually don't even make the sauce, but just do it as an open face sandwich. I get requests for this often. Also - I make extra of the cheese mixture and stick it in the refrigerator. It is delicious on any sandwich in place of mayo!

Excellent. So easy to make, I didn't have strawberrys so I substituted with blackberry jam and used less sugar for the sauce it was great.

This was yummy. Instead of making the sandwiches, I just made the tenderloin as a main course and spread the cheese mixture and balsamic glaze on the plate so you could drag the meat through the mixture. Also, I used cranberries instead of strawberries. My husband and nephew went back for seconds. I will definitely make again.
