These bars are so amazingly delicious and so easy to prepare. 5 ingredients for the crust and whipped cream. It doesn't get any simpler than that. This is one of those recipes you can make last minute if you know you're getting company or forgot to make something for a potluck or cookout. I was lazy and just used my stand mixer to mix together the ingredients. I, obviously, didn't get a crumbly consistency for the crust, but I just went with it and it turned out great anyway. The toffee bits in the whipped cream gives it that little bit of extra crunch and sweetness. So good. As another reviewer suggested, I'm going to try some different variations of this. The crust itself is so good that you could top it with anything. Thanks, Paula!! item not reviewed by moderator and published

This dessert was ok, nothing spectacular. And I found the base a little doughy/raw in the center. Won't be making it again, especially as it's not very good for you! item not reviewed by moderator and published
