    This recipe is by far one of the easiest and most delicious desert recipes I've come across. I baked about 6 lbs of these for Mardi Gras this year and my family devoured them. Of all the deserts I made for that weekend, these pecans got the most praise. I will definitely continue making and sharing them with everyone.

    This was such an easy and very yummy recipe. I did it on parchment instead of using a cooking spray as a couple reviews said they did and I dont recommend it, puts the cooking time way off, I ended up taking it out of baking dish 1/2 way through , they started to cook up better, I did stir mine about 3 times. These are so simple and Yummy, going to make more for Christmas gifts, and more for me too ;

    I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon too. They were perfect. Took a little longer to roast/dry out but that's probably because my pan was too small.
