5 years later and still as good as ever

I first made these in 2004 when it aired. At the time I was living in Georgia and my kids loved it. Someone how I lost the... recipe. Last week my son (all grown up) wanted to make them but we could not find the recipe. We used a traditional Praline recipe that was good, but just not the same. I am SO glad I was able to find the recipe again...and so is my son!!!Read more

As good, if not better, as being in Savannah!

I made the pecan pralines a few weeks ago and WOW! My husband was so impressed with them, as was I. I've never cooked... anything like this (was intimidated by candied recipes) but WOW this was easy. We're going away for Christmas to a beach house and this will be the first item made when we arrive! The consistency, flavor, ease of recipe and availability of items was spectacular. Made me think of our vacation in Savannah years ago. Thanks, Paula!!Read more

This is a great recipe. Toasting the pecans with the sugar brought out the nutty flavor of the nuts.

Once again Paula has helped me out. I am constantly looking to her for recipes and everyone loves them. These pralines are... sooo good. My kids loved them as much as I did. Only lasted one day at my house. Thanks PaulaRead more
