    Great Appetizer!

The sweet dates and salty bacon was a surprisingly delicious combination! Yummy appetizer over the holidays. Use a high... quality bacon, so it cooks faster, otherwise the dates get overcooked. Great at room temp too!Read more

I saw Paula make these and thought they looked great. I love nuts but most of my family not a big fan. Made these for... Christmas Eve and they were the hit of our annual appetizer Christmas Eve get together. Will make them for New Years Eve again. Easy and quick and tastes great. We love Paula.Read more

These were fabulous! I made them up the day before, which was a huge help as I was also doing scallops w/bacon and salmon... roll ups. The dates were the first to go!Read more

    O-MY-GOODNESS!

This is a wonderful recipe. When the dates come out of the oven you can't wait to bite in to them. The dates are so carmaly... and the salt from the bacon is a perfect match. It tastes a little like baked beans. My Honey told me any thing wrapped in bacon is going to be good; that is true for this recipe. Thank you Paula!Read more
