This recipe was such a hit with my friends! The pie crust made it such an easy recipe...and I used Heath Bar Toffee bits instead of almond bark and they added a great carmel flavor. I highly recommend these!

I will have to say I did not think that it would taste the way it did. It honestly tasted like little pecan pies. My daughter and husband are eating them like crazy. It was very simple. I do agree that 25 minutes are to long, I only did for 15 to 18 minutes and it seemed perfect. Will definetly be making these for the holidays.

I just made these, and they were so easy (my 4-year-old son helped-- I did the regular-muffin-cup version, and baked them for 20 minutes on the lower rack in my oven. I also had enough leftover dough to do a slight larger one (in my very small cake pan - about the size of a top tier on a wedding cake. It yeilded 24 regular muffin-sized 'pies', and they're delicious! I just hope I can keep from eating them all before my husband comes home. I plan to take the little ones with us to Bible Study to share, and doubt there will be any leftovers!

By the way, I couldn't find brickle chips, Heath chips, or toffee chips, so I bought Heath bars, melted the chocolate off of them, and then put them in my food processor. Perfect!

Clever Paula used the Pillsbury ready-made pie crusts to make this recipe quick without sacrificing taste.

These were delicious -- I don't have a mini muffin pan so I used a regular one. These got better the longer they sat and everyone at our family Christmas party adored them.

I made these for a Mothers day brunch. There were none left and everyone wanted my recipe. I even had to make another batch on Mothers Day because my family was so upset I didn't bring home leftovers. Very easy and delicious. Go Paula!
