These were amazing! I made them for Christmas and they were the perfect size for holiday parties. Very easy to make-but be sure not to cook them to long...they get very hard, but still taste good! I even used walnuts and it tasted the same as with pecans.

I made this recipe for a family reunion where we always have a trophy for the best dish. These are easy to make although a little time consuming. They remind me of having a little individual pecan pie. They are very rich and tasty

This recipe is so easy! I used a napkin ring to cut the circles into the pie dough and they fit perfectly into the muffin pan! Family and friends absolutely love them! Can't keep them around very long! Thank you, Paula!

I made these for a women's group last week, and it was a fun recipe to make. My 3 yr. old help cut out the circles for the crust. Had to use the milk chocolate Heath bits, as that was all I could find, but they tasted great. The only problem was getting them out of the pan. Part of the problem was that I overfilled them, only had enough filling for 36, which caused the filling to spread over the edge of the cups and stick. Plus I did not grease the muffin tin, as the recipe did not specifiy.

As far as the cooking time goes, others said it was too long, but it was just right for me. However, I am at a high altitude and things do usually take longer here.

Plan to make them again, correctly next time!

These were very good. Maybe after reading the reviews my expectations were a little high. Also I agree with the other reviewers regarding the proportion of filling and pie crusts and the baking time. I will make them again.

Made these for a party and they were a big hit. Much better than a typical pecan pie and alot easier to serve. Will be a go to party dish from now on.

I made these for Christmas breakfast and they were popular with everyone in my family. I didn't have a mini muffin pan, so I made them in regular sized trays. They were the perfet size for one serving with coffe in the morning. Will definately make again.

I have made these a couple times already and probably will at least 2 more times before the end of the year. I have used Heath toffee bits, as well as Heath milk chocolate toffee bits for the almond brickle. My husband prefers the milk chocolate version, but they are both delicious. This recipe is easy and I think it is a great substitute for pecan pie as there is no corn syrup and I know many people who are allergic to that.

I missed the show but want to try this recipe. Do you grease the muffin pan?
