These little Pecan Toffee Tassies are so easy to make, and taste great. The perfect size for company to snack on without having to have a big piece of pie...My sister-in-law made them, I got the recipe, and gave several of my friends a tassie. They all wanted the recipe. You and your guests are sure to love them...and it makes so many.

This recipe was so easy and very yummy. I made it for a recent family reunion. It was the perfect bite size dessert. I got nothing but compliments, and no one could believe how easy it was. I highly recommend these bite size peacan pies!

I could not find "almond brickle bits" so I just made these exactly to the recipe, and subbed about a half-cup extra of chopped pecans instead of the bits. They came out perfectly! I can't imagine it even needs the brickle bits. This is a very easy recipe to make and the end result is super yummy. The little tassies stay together well, so it's a perfect thing to take to work (like I did, or on a picnic or in a lunch or whatever. They look adorable, so would be perfect for a party. Excellent flavor. Excellent recipe! Thanks Paula!

These are great finger desserts for parties. I always keep a thermometer in my oven, checking to make sure the temperature is what it should be. I baked these for 25 minutes at 350, and although they still looked great, 25 minutes is too long. They are much better when baked 15-20 minutes, leaving them a bit sticky like caramel.
