Best way to make this recipe perfect is to start making the layer of dark chocolate candy. Then, do the white layer over it! Fantastic. But one thing: Make the layers extremely thin or the candy comes out too thick (hard to cut and hard to eat! Also, I bought the little candy canes at Walmart that are individually wrapped and come in long strips in a box (very cheap and extremely easy to break inside their packagings. This is a Fool Proof way of making great candies for gifts! Thanks Darling Paula. Happy New Year to you, Michael and the boys, and great success in all you do.

Paula has done it again!! This bark is wonderful and we added it to the cookie trays we took to the staff at the nursing home where my mother lives. They loved it as much as we did. We'll be making more soon. Thanks Paula!!!

This is so easy and soooo good! I will be making it to take in little packages for all of my holiday parties. That is if I can get it out of the house w/o my fiance eating it all!

I made this last year for Christmas and everyone loved it. It's perfect to add to your fudge and cookie canisters to mix it up. :-
