This recipe was soooo easy and fun for my children too. It's also so yummy that we're making a second batch!

This is such a sweet candy! I was surprised at how easy and good it was and I don't even like white chocolate! The taste of the peppermint gave it a nice festive and minty taste I'm giving some as gifts!

I make this every year at Christmas for my friends and they love it. I change the recipe a little. First, I melt dark chocolate and spread it out on my pan. I put it in the refrigerator to cool and then I put the melted white chocolate with candy cane and a splash of peppermint flavoring on top. Very easy.

I loved this recipe! It was quick and easy and tasted delicous. It was a refreshing treat after all the other sweets (that are so heavyat this time of year. I took some to the church Christmas party and there was none left over to bring home.

I made this for the fift baskets for my friends and family, and my husband ended up eating most of it, even though he doesn't have much of a sweet tooth! I am going to have to make a lot more to satisfy everyone!

What an easy and crowd-pleasing treat! It took some experimenting to get the right amount of white chocolate, peppermint extract and crushed candy canes, but once I got the formula...it was smooth-sailing to a smooth-tasting treat! One that will be added to my Christmas family traditions. FYI: I used 32oz. melted white chocolate, 2 tsp. peppermint extract and 1 cup crushed candy canes. Then I sprinkled some green sugar crystals on top for a festive look. Thanks Paula!

This was a great treat for the holidays. Not sure how others didn't think so - something had to go wrong when they were melting the chocolate is all I can guess. Had lots and lots of friends asking for this recipe. I would say the prep time is off though - crushing all those candy canes took a while and was a mess but other than that - this is super easy.

I love this recipe. I made it with sugar free choc and peppermints and the results were great. Thanks Paula.
