    I make dark chocolate bark every year for Christmas, using nuts instead of the candy canes in the recipe. It is also GREAT and much less expensive than the candy stores. I will definitely try this one. I purchased some peppermint bark last Christmas and it was very expensive!

    I made Paula's peppermint bark for Valentine's Day! I added a bit of red food coloring to make the white chocolate PINK! It looked positively adorable, and tasted great! Creamy and cool and wonderfully sweet...yum yum...

    This recipe was super easy and was delicious. I prefer to have my peppermints a little more ground up than the recipe states, but either way, it was great! I made 2 batches during the holidays!

    I made Peppermint Bark for Christmas and it was a "smashing success"! My family really liked it, and I really liked how easy it was to make. I must confess I couldn't find candy canes so I substituted peppermint candies instead.
