    My husband made this with Paula Deans Gargonzola Cheese Sauce with sauteed mushrooms. It was amazing. My husband can cook, but this was his best thing ever!!! Loved it Paula.

    I've never cooked steak on my own before - this recipe made me look so good!! I left out the bacon and cooked on a grill pan on my stove. My filets were thicker than called for in the recipe (about 2", so the 8 minutes per side made them a little more red inside than my boyfriend usually likes...but he loved it! I made the asparagus from the episode as well and it was delicious. Thank you, Paula!!

    This is my first time cooking filet mignon. So, I made this yestarday and it was the best I, ever tasted. I willl be making this again in the next few weeks.

    This was my first time grilling and cooking filet mignon. The recipe was so simple and easy to follow, I didn't have any problems with it at all. I defiantly recommend this recipe.

    I consider myself a pretty good COOK, no chef, but enjoy cooking. For the first time in 23 yrs., me and my wife had our anniversary dinner at home. I used your "Perfect Car-Grilled Filet Mignon" recipe with out the bacon, but I did add extra large Sea Scallops wrapped with the bacon. My wife loves asparagus, and we both love stuffed Mushrooms, especially your "Mushroom Canapes" and your "Marinated Asparagus Salad". To top off the evening; well top off the dinner anyway, your "Chocolate Banana Pie" helped me to REALLY TOP OFF THE EVENING, for the best Romantic Dinner for Two. I think the candles must of went out by themselves because the next morning there were nothing left to them. All this fuss about going out for a special dinner night is not all that it's made up to be. I just might make this an annual event. Thank you and enjoy all your shows.

    A quick and easy dish with an uptown appeal. I grilled ours a total of 12 minutes and it was done to a perfect medium.

    I love this recipe. I have made it twice, just by the recipe. (Paula, I do use fat low fat Italian dressing....can we still be friends?... I cook these on my Big Green Egg... oh my gosh.. the best steaks...gotta try it !! Love your recipes Paula....keep up the great work!
