    I think there is a mistake in the recipe. I believe that the blossom is supposed to be refrigerated until set, not frozen!

    This the best snack I have ever seved at a party, it went over great and everyone wanted the recipe for this! Keep up the good recipes Paula!

    This is a wonderful recipe. I have made it twice, both to take to holiday parties. It is delicious, and not difficult to make. Getting the plastic and cheese into the bottom of the bowl is probably the hardest part!

    We just had our annual 4th of July party, which included the Pesto Cheese Blossom. Goodness, what a favorable,attractive and scrumptious starter to any party. No pickins' left at this home!
