    I have made this twice and is now a mainstay in my recipe collection. Both groups loved this and some friends are telling me this is what they want from me for Christmas! The colors certainly work. This makes such a lovely presentation. I did not freeze; I put in the refrigerator overnight. One other change I made was not adding additional oil from the jar with the sundried tomatoes as after inverting it on the plate, the oil seeps out and puddles on the plate. This is great on Wasa crispbread,

    This appetizer is wonderful and very impressive. I received many complements and requests for the recipe. The recipe states to put this in the freezer, I did not. I refrigerated it overnight.

    This was an easy recipe and then in the fridge it goes till party time! My friends loved it and all wanted the recipe. The layers is what caught everyone's attention! To say the least, I will be making this again!
