    This has to be one of the best appetizers I've ever had! It is so good and it's always the first thing that is devoured at gatherings!!!!

    I end up making a few of these for our parties. We seem to run out of this quickly so we need to have extra to serve. It is also nice to have the "extra" one for our family. We have to hand out the recipe for this wonderful appetizer each time to friends.

    This freezes beautifully!

    I made this for a Super bowl party and walked away with each person requesting a copy of the recipe. It was a huge hit! The flavor was awesome and it looked really pretty too!! I will certainly make this again!!!

    I first made this recipe after I saw the episode of Ms. Deen's show. It was very easy to make, ingredients are easy to find. It was delicious! I always make it when I throw a party and it's always a hit! Lucky for me if there's a leftover:

    Simple, beautiful, elagant, absolutely delicious. I've made this recipe several times to feed different types of pallettes, (bikers to kids parties and everyone inbetween, and there is only one response - "I have to get this recipe!" It is a slam-dunk every time. If you want to wow a crowd, the Pesto Cheese Blossom is what you want to make. I recommend serving it with Pepperidge Farm Cracker Trio. Wonderful!!     This was delicious and easy to make..... a real hit.

    The next time I make this I am going to make it in a rectangular dish (like a food keeper.... I think it will be prettier and showier when sliced. I will also dust the top with paprika and parsley.

    I served it with the small club crackers. Delish!

    I have taken this dish to several events and it never lasts very long. I always make sure I have copies of the recipe with me, because inevitably someone will ask. I have also used jarred pesto and sundried tomato spread. It works well when you're in a hurry. Make sure you serve it with good quality crackers.

    Wow...honestly one of the top 10 things I have ever tasted. My coworker made it and I asked her for the recipe. I actually made mine last night and it is sitting in the refrigerator chilling. I will taste it as soon as I get home and I am sure I will be making it for all the holidays!
