It looks beautiful and tastes great! Everyone was asking where I ordered this. They just could not believe I made it!

This is relly good. Mine ended up with a lot more of the red oil from the sundried tommatos then I would have liked to have seen. But man did it get eaten up fast on card night.

I wasn't all that impressed with this recipe. I felt that it was a bit of a production to put together. Everyone enjoyed it the first night but it didn't last long in the fridge.

Took it to my daughters school function, and it was a hit. Had several people asking for the recipe. Easy, yet impressive.

I first tried this recipe at Thanksgiving and it was a hit. Recently I brought it to a Christmas party and people devoured it and kept asking me for the recipe. I said.. I got it from Paula Deen!

I've made this for several parties, and it's always a hit! Make sure you drain the tomatoes well, and only add a BIT of oil back in, or when you unwrap it later, the oil will have leaked through. I've also substituted sunflower seeds for the expensive pinenuts in the pesto. Delicious with whole grain crackers. Most recently, we put slices of it in an omelette for breakfast and between slices of bread for grilled cheese sandwiches; happy to report both experiments were gooey and delicious!

I made this and took it to a
Thanksgiving at church. It was a great hit. My bowl must have been larger than the one recommended, because I had to use 16 slices of cheese.
