    I prepared for a ladies luncheon on the deck watching the Blue
    Angels fly over Seattle. It was a hit and I loved the presentation in a vase with some red lettuce. I added some Kosher salt.

    They are good, but on the bland side. We only added 2 aspargus per sheet with salt/pepper and parm and parm ont the outside. We talked about maybe adding some procuito (spto give it a little zing, but over all will make again.

    My family really likes these phyllo wrapped asparagus. They were easy and fast. Next time I think I will sprinkle garlic salt on them first, before I wrap them. Great for guest also.

    My husband loved this dish. My only change would be to add some salt or other seasoning to the asparagus before rolling it up. It was very easy and just about foolproof. I made it as a side dish with steaks and french bread. Perfect!
