My friend made these for a pinic, I had never tried orka before, but quickly couldnt get enough of them. I have also used a trisciut and cut the orka in half lengthwise so that it doesnt roll off. Either way is great!

As someone who enjoys okra, bread, cream cheese, I was very disappointed with this recipe. I took it to a party and only the courageous tried it. If you aren't a big fan of pickles, this probably isn't the recipe for you.

these were very different from any other tea sandwich i have ever made. I made these for a casual brunch. These were very good and every one was impressed. Instead of only using parsley, i also added some dill and onion powder and rolled them in that mix. Yum!

We made these for a party and they got scarfed up faster than anything else on the table. Everyone raved about them. This will be a permanent party food for me!

I made these for 2 different hospitality rooms this week and they were gobbled up! Yummy, unusual, and even look like food for the holidays.

It was the first time that I have ever tried okra. I'm sure that if you enjoy the taste of okra then you will enjoy this sandwich. I thought that they were very unusual and probably will not make them again
