Why do people make a totally different recipe, then review this? Like d_roue2002 - you made broiled pork tenderloin - no jerk, no sauce = not this recipe! Made it as printed, loved it. Have since made again, with a change, but just as good.

These were easy to make & fun for parties. Can be made ahead of time too. As well as the sauce.

This was the biggest hit of all at my Carribean Themed Birthday party. It was easy to make, tastes delicious and professional. My Dad couldn't stop eating the dipping sauce. He dumped it all over his rice too!

EXCELLENT!!! The meat was very tender and juicy; we all loved it. I have used this same jerk and marinate with beef too- again; EXCELLENT. Next, I'm going to try it with chicken. I'm sure it will be wonderful. The only thing I did different was that I grilled mine inside on the stove top grill.

I've made this recipe at least 4 times in the last month and it was delicious every time. It requires a lot of different spices, but it made the pork very flavorful. I didn't change a thing. It's a great dish to bring to a party, serve as an appetizer, or serve as a side dish along with chicken stir-fry and jasmine rice. LOVED IT!
