    I bought a pork tenderloin roast & was searching for a recipe when I stumbled across Paula's Pig on a Stick. I love this recipe! I've made it several times for my family & there are never any leftovers! The sauce gives the pork amazing flavor & the pork itself stays juicy & tender.

    This meal was delicious! I made this recipe in the summer time, so I cooked the meat on the charcoal grill outside and the meat was terrific. I put the meat in the marinade in the morning so by dinnertime it was loaded with flavor. I will definately make this again!

    This recipe is awesome. My husband and I loved it, I couldn't believe that I could make something so good. The sauce is to die for. We had extra meat, and made it into tacos the next night. I'm so glad that I tried this recipe, its a keeper!!!

    We tried this recipe along with the dipping sauce and now it is a huge hit in our family! We just got the recipe recently and are making it for the 4th time already since people beg for it. We serve it with pineapple slices and bright mixed veggies and rice. Guess what we are making this Friday???!!! The best thing is it is easy too.

    I have to admit I was a little uncomfortable with cooking meat under the broiler, but I was wrong the pork tasted like it had been on the grill paula never leave us you have given me so many wonderful recipes. I strongly suggest people try this it is wonderful.

    This recipe was great! My husband raved about it being his new favorite. I actually used my own jerk seasoning since I had it on hand, and the recipe was still full of flavor with that super jerk kick!

    Was just great! Very Carribean; a little spicy but sweet. Six year old asked for seconds, but not the sauce. It was too spicey for her, but perfect for us. Thanks! We would fix it again.
