This is THE way to cook pork tenderloin. FAST, TENDER, FLAVORFUL! The meat was outstanding. The sauce was okay... but nothing special. The cooking method was great. I'll try this one again with variations on the seasoning.

Very easy to make and taste is very good with or without dipping sauce (but don't forgo the sauce - its great!. My grandkids are picky eaters, but once they tried it they went for seconds (some thirds.
IF you have left overs, warm up the meat (off the stick, mix in about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the dipping sauce, and add a bag of stir-fry vegs. Serve over rice.

We enjoyed this one very much, thank you Paula! Our oven has a HI & LOW broiler setting...we used the HI for 3 min on each side. The pork was very tender and the sauce was tasty. Thinking about offering 2 sauces for our next buffet, this one and maybe a spicer one.
