SO SIMPLE,BUT YET SO DELICIOUS. NOT A LOT OF EFFORT IS PUT IN TO PREPARE THIS MEAL. GREAT FOR A LAZY SUNDAY AFTERNOON BRUNCH.

Just add some carmalized onions and the dish is a complete, simple supper dish. My family loves to sit down to a simple but hearty meal sometimes, and they always ask me to make this one again. (I like to top mine with a few rounds of pineapple!

I used mild bulk sausage i cut it into chunks after it cooked to cover the bottom of the pan

Dry and bland, this was the worst of my Easter brunch. One guest suggested that dumping a lot of syrup helped, but something that isn't good enough on its own won't be served at my house again. This is the first recipe of Paula's that I've not liked, but I didn't in a BIG way.
